Founded in 2008 by industry veteran David Yount, Armortech Windows and Doors was built on a simple goal: deliver a better experience for homeowners purchasing replacement windows and doors. After spending nearly a decade in the industry, Dave saw an opportunity to combine premium products, professional installation, and exceptional customer service under one company. Starting from a small Clearwater warehouse showroom, Armortech served 118 customers during its first year and established a strong foundation of trust and reliability.

Since then, the company has experienced consistent growth, expanding into a larger Clearwater headquarters and adding a Sarasota location to better serve Florida homeowners. Through a dedication to craftsmanship and customer care, Armortech now assists more than 80 new customers each month with window and door replacement projects designed to meet Florida's strict building code requirements and a wide range of homeowner budgets.

With a team of more than 50 experienced professionals, Armortech takes a different approach than many competitors by keeping all work in-house. No installation work is subcontracted. Every phase of the project, from consultation and planning to installation and completion, is performed by trained Armortech employees, ensuring quality control and accountability throughout the process.

Although the company has grown significantly, David Yount remains closely involved in daily operations and regularly visits active job sites.
